Technical Support Programs
Standard Support

The standard support is available as a default support program for all our customers. Features of standard support include:

  • Email based
  • Self-help Knowledge Base
  • 12x7 phone based support

Extended Support

Extended Support program goes beyond the standard program to provide 24x7 support. In addition, a dedicated single point of contact support person gets assigned to the customer under extended support program. Extended support also has different service level objectives than the standard program.

Custom Support

The custom support program is designed to meet the unique needs of our customers which are not met by generic support programs. These may include support for customer-specific application or platform software.

All CRL offerings are accompanied by support programs to ensure the best quality of service to our customers. Support is delivered in accordance with associated service level agreements. SLA's may be different for different support programs.
